During a morning bike ride through the forest, cyclist Ava Martinez spotted a tiny figure on the path — a fluffy baby owl that had fallen from its nest.
The owl blinked up at her, helpless and confused. Ava carefully stopped her ride, making sure no other cyclists would approach.
Unsure what to do, she gently wrapped the baby in her jacket and called a local wildlife rescue.
As she waited, Ava softly spoke to the owl, which began to calm down — blinking slowly and snuggling into the warmth of her jacket.
The rescue team arrived and safely returned the baby owl to its nearby nest. The touching moment — captured on Ava’s helmet cam — went viral online:

Ava says:
“I just couldn’t leave him there. We all share this world — we should look out for one another.”
