When a small-town clothing store in New Zealand opened one morning, staff didn’t expect their first customer to have four legs.
Security footage revealed the moment a mischievous goat — named Kevin — escaped from a nearby farm and casually wandered through the store’s automatic doors.
Kevin explored the racks, knocked over a display of scarves, and tried to nibble on a pair of jeans. Staff quickly called the farm owner, but not before snapping photos of Kevin “shopping” — photos that quickly went viral online.
“Best-dressed goat in town.”
“Someone get this fashion icon a loyalty card!”
The store embraced the fun, posting signs reading: “No goats allowed — except Kevin.”
Kevin was safely returned home, but not before earning fans worldwide. His owner jokes:
“Next time I’m bringing him back for a proper fitting!”
